Candidate Information: Name, contact details (address, email, phone), CV/resume, education, work experience, skills, qualifications, references, identification documents (passport, driver's license), background check information (with consent), social habits, current salary and expectations, and other relevant information.

Client Information: Company name, contact persons, job descriptions, employee requirements, payment information, and related business data.

Training Participant Information: Name, contact details, attendance records, assessment results, feedback, and training-related information.

Website Usage Data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, cookies, and other technical information.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your personal information for the following purposes:

Recruitment and Staffing: Matching candidates with job openings, submitting applications to clients, managing temporary staffing assignments.

5. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, or as required by law. Candidate information is retained for reasonable periods to match future roles, or within statutory limits if a placement occurs. CV’s are deleted after seven (7) years of inactivity unless you request otherwise. Training information is retained for certification and record-keeping purposes.

PAYMENT AND BOOKING POLICY
Effective Date: 19 March 2025
Payment & Refunds:
All training fees are non-refundable. Please consider your schedule carefully before booking.
In the event of cancellation by COSTA, a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided.
Late Arrival & No-Shows:
Punctuality is essential for all training sessions. Participants arriving more than 15 minutes late will be considered a "no-show." In the event of a no-show, payment may be forfeited at the discretion of the COSTA representative.
Late arrivals may still be permitted to sit for examinations, however, instructors will not repeat previously covered material or provide individual assistance during the exam.
Participants are prohibited from assisting one another during exams.
Etiquette Course Cancellation:
For the etiquette course only, a full refund will be provided if cancellation is made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled class start time.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled class will not be refunded.
Revocation of Certificates:
Cayman's Outsourcing Skills & Training Agency (COSTA) maintains the integrity and value of its Etiquette Training Certificates. In alignment with this commitment, COSTA reserves the right to revoke an Etiquette Training Certificate under the following circumstances:
Legal Conviction: If an individual holding a COSTA Etiquette Training Certificate is lawfully convicted of a criminal offense by the Cayman Islands Courts, and such offense is deemed by COSTA to reflect negatively upon the standards of professional conduct and ethical behavior promoted by the training program, the certificate may be revoked.
Demonstrated Unethical Conduct: If an individual holding a COSTA Etiquette Training Certificate engages in conduct that, in the reasonable opinion of COSTA, constitutes a significant breach of ethical standards or professional behavior, and such conduct is publicly known or has been substantiated through credible evidence, the certificate may be revoked. This includes, but is not limited to, actions that significantly damage the reputation of COSTA or the professional standards it promotes.
Procedure for Revocation:Notification: Upon becoming aware of a legal conviction or alleged unethical conduct, COSTA will notify the certificate holder in writing of the potential revocation.
Opportunity to Respond: The certificate holder will be given a reasonable opportunity to provide evidence or explanations regarding the legal conviction or alleged unethical conduct.
Review and Determination: COSTA will review all available evidence and make a determination regarding the revocation of the certificate. This determination will be based on the severity of the offense or unethical conduct and its impact on the integrity of the COSTA Etiquette Training Certificate.
Written Decision: COSTA will provide a written decision to the certificate holder, outlining the reasons for the revocation, if applicable.Appeal: The certificate holder may have the right to appeal the revocation decision in accordance with the established appeal process of COSTA, if one is established.
General Conduct:
Participants are expected to maintain professional conduct throughout all training sessions.
COSTA reserves the right to remove any participant who disrupts the learning environment.
COSTA reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes.
By booking a training session with COSTA, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
Cancellation Policy
1. Booking Confirmation: All online bookings are subject to availability. Upon successful booking, you will receive a confirmation email containing your booking details. This email serves as your booking confirmation. It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the information provided during the booking process. If you do not receive a booking confirmation immediately after, it is your responsibility to contact COSTA via email to advise.
2. Payment: Payment may be required at the time of booking, as specified on the booking page. Accepted payment methods will be clearly indicated during the booking process.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling: Cancellation and rescheduling policies vary depending on the service booked. COSTA reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to: - Holidays - Staff illness - Technical difficulties - Force majeure events In the event of a cancellation by COSTA, you will be offered the option to reschedule, subject to availability. Refunds will not be provided. A COSTA staff will contact you to discuss your next availability.
4. Meeting Participation/Attendance: For online meetings, it is the client's responsibility to have the correct technology, and internet connectivity to participate. If a client misses their online meeting, without proper notification according to the cancellation policy, that meeting is considered completed.
5. User Account: You may be required to create a user account to make attend virtual meetings. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. COSTA is not responsible for any unauthorized access to your account.
6. Liability: COSTA shall not be liable for technical difficulties that are outside of our control. Refunds are not provided.1. Candidate Registration & Initial Steps:

Candidates must register on the COSTA website: www.caymanosta.com.

During registration, candidates are required to upload their resume and all supporting documents verifying their qualifications.

1.2 Payment Scheduling:

Candidates will schedule their registration and Etiquette Training fee payment through the website.

Candidates will select their preferred payment method and date of payment.

1.3 Proof of Payment:

Candidates must email proof of payment to finance.costa@gmail.com.

2. Application Review & Agent Interaction:

2.1 Preliminary Review:
-
COSTA agents will conduct a preliminary review of the candidate's application, resume, and supporting documents. This includes background checks and contacting references.

Candidates will be matched to available job openings based on their qualifications and experience.

2.2 Agent Contact & Resume Amendment:
-
A COSTA agent will contact the candidate to discuss their resume and ask additional questions.
-
The agent will work with the candidate to amend the resume, ensuring it highlights relevant skills and experience.

The agent will gather information about the candidate's personal needs and career goals.

3. Etiquette Training:

3.1 Training Scheduling:
-
Candidates will schedule their attendance for the mandatory Etiquette Training through the COSTA website.

3.2 Training Attendance & Passing Grade:
-
Candidates must attend the Etiquette Training.
-
Candidates must achieve a passing grade of 70% or higher to be eligible for job placement.
-
This step reinforces COSTA's belief that employers value candidates who invest in themselves.

4. Job Placement & Client Interaction:

4.1 Job Matching & Description:
-
Candidates who successfully complete the Etiquette Training will be put forward for suitable job opportunities.

The job description for each opportunity will be sent to qualifying candidates.

4.2 Candidate Acceptance:
-
Qualified candidates must explicitly accept being put forward for a specific role.
-
Upon acceptance, the candidate's resume will be sent to the client.

4.3 Client Interview/Placement:

Depending on the client's needs, candidates will either:

Attend an interview with the client.
-
Be informed of their start date.
